1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided

Tree Pros provides arborist-led tree care, safe tree removal, expert pruning, emergency tree service, and plant health care across Denver and the surrounding metro area. All quotes and estimates are subject to an on-site evaluation by a certified arborist.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon physical inspection of the property and trees. Final pricing will be provided in a written or digital quote before any work begins.

4. Property Access and Preparation

The property owner is responsible for providing clear access to the work area. Tree Pros is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or hidden obstacles unless previously identified and marked by the property owner or utility companies.

5. Liability

Tree Pros is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during our operations. However, we are not liable for unavoidable minor damage to landscapes, lawns, or driveways that occur during the normal course of heavy tree removal operations.

6. Governing Law

Any claim related to Tree Pros' website or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
